Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, newly painted, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenities you could dream of for your time on the coast. ! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a new queen Cozy Mattress® Sleeper Sofa, and two built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Plenty of room for 6 people!
The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment!
From your spacious 17th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools--one zero entry/splash kids zone. Summary: Great location in Destin. Awesome beach access, the tiki bar and staff were awesome. View from 17th floor was nice, downside was half the elevators were down so it took a little long to go up and down. Love the Destin area though. Great spring break! The family loved it.

Summary: This is an absolutely amazing rental that has the most beautiful views of the sunset! We saw dolphins right outside on our deck! With access to pools and hot tubs right along the beachfront, it was so convenient. Property manager is very responsive with questions and the condo itself was really well maintained. The bunks in the hallway were a fun way to add extra sleeping quarters. We definitely look forward to coming back another time!

Summary: Great place to stay with kids. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Pelican beach resort is one of our favorite places to stay in Destin— amazing zero entry pool for the kids, super close to beach and love the cafe. Only issue we had was our fridge stopped working after buying $400 worth of groceries so we had to move it to our large cooler while they replaced the fridge. They did respond pretty quickly though to address the fridge issue so impressed by that! Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, well decorated, and the view was amazing! There were tons of hooks to hang your towels and bathing suits which I really appreciated. We would stay here again.

Summary: I was supposed to go with a friend but ended up coming alone. It was one of the most peaceful trips I’ve ever experienced. Condo is cozy and clean and the beach was lovely. The resort is nice as well. I’d love to go again.

Summary: From start to finish just at all around great experience. The condo was immaculate with a beautiful view of the ocean. I highly recommend anyone to go stay at this condo and complex. The pool was unbelievable. All of the staff was over to top friendly all in all highly recommended would love to go back.
